No refunds. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission. Please do not take my sketch to another artist to finish the piece.

I reserve the right to decline any commission request without providing a reason.

Unless requested otherwise, I may use your commission as an example for future commissions or post it on my social media. If you would like your artwork to remain private, please let me know before I begin.

Two sketch revisions are included if the initial sketch does not meet your expectations. Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee depending on the requested changes.

I may continue working on or posting my personal artwork while your commission is in progress.

Commissioned artwork is intended for personal use only. You're welcome to use it as an icon, banner, wallpaper, etc., as long as proper credit is given.

Full payment upfront. I do not accept partial payments or payment plans.

If payment is not received within approximately 3 days, your commission slot may be given to another client.

I currently accept payments PayPal Invoice.

Please provide a valid email address so I can send your finished artwork in full resolution. This is also required if you're paying through a PayPal Invoice.

Clear reference images are required for every character. I cannot accept commissions without proper references.

If you have a specific pose, expression, composition, or other details in mind, please let me know before I begin. Otherwise, you're welcome to leave the creative decisions up to me. Once the initial sketch is complete, I'll ask for your approval before moving forward.

After full payment is received, I'll begin working on your commission. You can follow its progress through my Trello board, where I'll update each stage (sketch, coloring, and rendering).

My estimated completion time is 1–3 weeks. If unexpected personal circumstances arise, completion may take 1–2 months. If any delays come up, I’ll make sure to keep you updated.
